Bicycle parking

Booking travel
Connexxus, UC's travel program, is a secure Web portal for booking university business travel.
Building access
Request building access via iRequest. 24-hour access is granted via iRequest only, with Manager/Director approval. Visitors must be signed up in advance through iVisitor. Ask if your department has a designated visitor scheduler or email the Work Management Center to request access.
Business cards
UCSF Irene Lee: (415) 502-2740Many University employees do not need business cards, but if you do need them, work with your supervisor to approve an order from UCSF. UCLA printing is also an option.
Business Resource Center (BRC)
BRC handles general procurement, travel and entertainment, ledger reconciliation, payroll and event planning. Each team, identified by a color, is dedicated to a group of departments or a service area.

Commuter benefits
The UCOP pre-tax commuter benefits program allows eligible employees to set aside income (up to the limit set by the IRS) on a pre-tax basis for transportation and parking expenses.
Document shredding
UCOP Mail Services offers document shredding services for UCOP departments. Reasonable quantities of materials are shredded free of charge.
Downtown shuttle service (Green Bus) Link
M-F 7:00 - 7:00Offers fast connections from BART, the Oakland/Alameda/San Francisco Ferry and Amtrak Capitol Corridor to downtown Oakland offices. The shuttles run every 10 - 15 minutes during regular hours between Embarcadero West (Jack London Square) and Grand Avenue.

Employee health and safety
The Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) department at OP supports a safe and healthy work environment and advances the goals of the EH&S program at all campus and medical center locations.
Employee ID number

Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) Link

Search by first or last name. In Outlook, the Search Address Book field will let you search by first name, last name or both. The open book icon will let you search by first name.
ID badges
For active employees with ID badge questions or issues such as to get a replacement badge, contact the Work Management Center. New employees will be handled through the on-boarding process.

ITS provides information technology services for the University of California campuses and Office of the President, from corporate data systems to telecommunications to computer networks.

IT Service Desk

Through the Records Storage Center Program, UCOP offices at the 1111 Franklin Street building may temporarily store certain boxed records.
Records Management Services
RMS maintains the Central Records Collection of the Office of the President, which consists primarily of correspondence and related materials such as reports, studies, agendas, and minutes.

Reserving meeting space
UCOP conference rooms can be reserved via the Outlook Web App or by the Outlook Calendar. For a video tutorial and instructions for both Mac and PC users, visit the IT Service Hub and search the Knowledge Base for "reserving conference room." Contact the Work Management Center if you have questions.
Secure Attachment File Encryption (SAFE)
SAFE is a service that allows UCOP employees to quickly, easily, and securely send large electronic files via a Web browser, rather than attaching them to an e-mail message.

Security ambassadors Link
Security Ambassadors in orange vests serve as additional 'eyes and ears' of the Oakland Police Department, while serving as a visible deterrent.
Security escort
(510) 987-9790Employees needing an escort to or from the Franklin building between 6:30 am and 8:30 pm should call the UCOP security desk 30 minutes before exiting the building.
Staff Assembly
The UCOP Staff Assembly promotes the interest and welfare of all staff employees at UCOP.

TRS is a web-based timesheet to report your time and submit for approval.
