Bicycle parking

Bicycle parking is provided for free in Franklin garage and Kaiser garage. Contact Work Management Center for access to the bike cages.

Building access

Request building access via iRequest. 24-hour access is granted via iRequest only, with Manager/Director approval. Visitors must be signed up in advance through iVisitor. Ask if your department has a designated visitor scheduler or email the Work Management Center to request access.

Commuter benefits

The UCOP pre-tax commuter benefits program allows eligible employees to set aside income (up to the limit set by the IRS) on a pre-tax basis for transportation and parking expenses.

ID badges

For active employees with ID badge questions or issues such as to get a replacement badge, contact the Work Management Center. New employees will be handled through the on-boarding process.

Reserving meeting space

UCOP conference rooms can be reserved via the Outlook Web App or by the Outlook Calendar.
