Records management consultation

Service Description
ITS offers records management consultation to UCOP departments. The UCOP records manager works directly with departmental personnel to provide advice about how long to keep records, how to protect vital records, and how to determine whether records are good candidates for electronic imaging.

Support is available M-F, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

All UCOP personnel are eligible to request support.

There is no cost for records management consultation services.
