Bicycle parking

Booking travel
Connexxus, UC's travel program, is a secure Web portal for booking university business travel.
Breastfeeding and lactation support
The UCOP Lactation Program includes a lactation room at your work location and breastfeeding classes.
Building Access, Credentials & Keys
Building access is provided to UCOP staff using credentials issued by the WMC, credentials can be requested through the iRequest system. Visitors must be registered to be granted access and this can be done using the Symmetry Guest system.
Business cards, stationery and promotional items Link

Downtown shuttle service (Green Bus) Link
Offers fast connections from BART, the Oakland/Alameda/San Francisco Ferry and Amtrak Capitol Corridor to downtown Oakland offices. The shuttles run every 10 - 15 minutes during regular hours between Embarcadero West (Jack London Square) and Grand Avenue.

Employee ID number

Record Storage & Document Shredding Link
UCOP mail services offers document shredding services for UCOP departments. UCOP offices at the 1111 Franklin Street building may temporarily store records in banker boxes onsite up to 12 months that need to be retained for a specific period of time for business purposes. Storage over 12 months will be sent offsite. If necessary, all records may be retrieved from storage, usually by the next business day. The service offered through Mail Services is different than the service offered by Record Management.

ITS Telecommunications Services engineers install or make changes to lines, softphones, and desk phones, as well as upgrade features. ITS also offers a selection of headsets for purchase for customers to use with either their softphone or desk phone.

UCOPAlert is an emergency notification system that allows UCOP employees to receive informational alerts on their personal phones or by personal email outside normal business hours. All UCOP employees are automatically enrolled in the system with their UCOP email and phone number. Log in using your single sign-on credentials to update your profile and add your preferred cellphone number.
