Community and Belonging (D&I)
Community & Belonging courses and resources provide learning opportunities, information, and tools to advance our UCOP values of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. These courses are aligned to our UC’s Community and Belonging competency with the goal of promoting a UCOP culture that is welcoming and supportive, engages diverse ideas, and includes all voices.
These courses are offered throughout the year through on-demand, live, and live-online sessions. Select the course to see a full description. View the current class schedule and register for the class on the UCOP Classes and Workshops Link page. If you are interested in a course that is not currently offered, complete a Class Request Form and/or express interest for the course through the UC Learning Center.
UCOP employees have free access to LinkedIn Learning which includes a Belonging and Community Collection of videos and trainings curated by UCOP Learning & Development. Review the LinkedIn Learning FAQ to learn more and activate your account. Additionally, Gartner Manager and Employee Development Toolbox is another free resource for employees.
