Organization, leadership and Supervisor development
Our Organization, Leadership, and Supervisor development courses and resources provide learning opportunities for employees at all levels. These courses focus on the people and job skills needed to be successful in leadership, from leading a project, managing change, supervising employees, vision and strategic planning, and more. We offer different formats to meet your needs, including one-hour courses, one to three-day workshops, as well as learning cohorts. In learning cohorts, the same group of learners participates in a program that consists of a series of sessions that can last three days or span over the year.
The courses are offered throughout the year in on-demand, live, and live-online versions. Select the course to see a full description. If you do not see a class you need, you can express interest (doc) for the course in the UC Learning Center or fill out a class request form.
