UC Controller

As part of the University of California, Office of the President Systemwide Controller’s office, the Operational Excellence team serves as a strategic partner across the UC Controller’s office and drives organizational effectiveness through strategic planning and project management of key initiatives. We serve the UC Controller teams. While internally focused, the Operational Excellence team helps the UC Controller teams better serve their clients and partners.
