Training and Programs

In an effort to ensure that all our students have an opportunity to receive the appropriate support in their pursuit of academic excellence we provide mental health outreach to both students and faculty/staff. Please take a moment to view our promising training and program offerings.

Please note that this site does not serve as a complete listing of all services available. Each campus offers a host of mental health services that meet the unique needs of the students and faculty/staff on that individual campus. Student Promising Practices

While attending UC, both graduate and undergraduate students can look to the Counseling Centers to provide support for a range of developmental and emotional needs. From peer programs to public service announcements that address the most relevant student mental health issues, the UC continues to actively engage students in mental health awareness.

Faculty & Staff Promising Practices

Faculty and staff are often the first to notice when a student begins to show signs of distress. As gatekeepers for our community, it is critical for them to be prepared to recognize and respond to these signs.
