LUX-RA (Learning, Understanding, and eXcellence in Research Administration)
LUX-RA is RPAC's systemwide training program for the University of California research administration community. Rooted in UC's motto, Fiat Lux, LUX-RA aims to illuminate UC research policies and their practical application through webinars, interactive training, and shared resources. LUX-RA’s purpose is to strengthen a shared understanding of UC research policy, support the negotiation and administration of extramural awards, and promote consistent application of research policies and best practices across the UC system.

Faculty & Organization Profile System
Login requiredThe Office of Innovation Transfer & Entrepreneurship (ITE) maintains the UC Faculty & Organization Profile System. Faculty Profile displays summary information on UC Principal Investigator or Co-PI funding awards, technology transfer agreements, and invention disclosures. Organization Profile displays summary information on all research and technology transfer relationships between UC and a company of interest. UC Negotiator's Series (Coming Soon)
The UC Negotiator's Series is a component of the LUX-RA program providing a training series focused on the practical application of UC policies, legal principles, and public-sector requirements in research agreement negotiation. Through case studies, the series is intended to support research administrators and negotiators authorized to review and negotiate these agreements.
