Service Description
ITS provides basic server support services for all UCOP servers located in a UCOP Data Center. These servers are housed in a 24 x 7 secure, environmentally controlled facility that meets industry standards and complies with University policy for physical security.

Server Support: ITS provides support for all UCOP servers. These servers support both departmental and systemwide applications. The following services are available for servers that ITS maintains:

• Installation, operation, and maintenance, including patches and updates
• Data backup
• Remote access
• Monitoring and alerting

How to Order or Request Support
Available support packages: M - F, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.; or 24x7. Use the IT Staff Only section of the Service Hub or by contacting the IT Service Desk.
