Service Description
DigIT provides basic server support services for all UCOP servers located in AWS managed accounts.

Server Support: DigIT provides support for all UCOP servers. These servers support both departmental and systemwide applications. The following services are available for servers that DigIT maintains:

  • Installation, operation, and maintenance, including patches and updates
  • Data backup
  • Remote access
  • Monitoring and alerting

How to Order or Request Support
Available support packages: M - F, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.; or 24x7. Use the IT Staff Only section of the Service Hub or by contacting the IT Service Desk.
