2020 Revisions & Resources
On August 13, 2020, OMB issued its first set of multi-part, limited revisions to the Uniform Guidance. The 2020 Revisions went into effect on November 12, 2020; notable updates included revised definitions for "period of performance" and "budget period", a new section restricting specific telecommunication and video surveillance services, and broader application of the de minimis rate to most non-federal agencies with certain exceptions.
