Campuses and other UC divisions submit information on contract and grant proposals and awards on a quarterly basis. This information is compiled, analyzed, and presented on the UC Information Center as interactive dashboards: Awards and proposals dashboard and Award explorer dashboard.

The annual reports found on this webpage analyze trends in UC’s extramural funding by sponsor source, by recipient location and by project type, with data visualizations that provide a dynamic perspective on trends in research funding.

The objective of this report series is to assist campus leadership and faculty in deciding how best to secure external sponsorship, and in projecting future levels of extramural support.
