Sudhakar has successfully delivered a diverse array of complex projects spanning a wide range of IT system applications, including HCM, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Conversion and Cloud Migrations. He spearheaded the global implementation of SaaS solutions such as Global Payroll, T&A, and the Vertex Indirect Tax Engine, driving seamless integrations with Finance, Inventory, and Supply Chain systems. At UCOP, Sudhakar has led time-critical end-to-end SDLC initiatives, including the automation of Benefits & Retirement Eligibility, the implementation of the Retirement Choice Program (2016 Pension Tier), and the effective execution of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) implementation.Sudhakar holds a PhD from the Delhi School of Economics and is a certified PMP and PSM (Scrum).
