Cascade and SharePoint Training

Service Description
ITS offers customized training in using Cascade and SharePoint.

• Cascade Training: Training for UCOP departmental staff on how to update and maintain their UCOP department websites that are hosted on the Cascade server.
• SharePoint Training: Advanced training in site administration for SharePoint site administrators. Basic user training is offered through the UC Learning Management Center.

How to Order or Request Support
Support is offered M – F, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

• SharePoint Training: Email a request to sharepoint@ucop.edu.

Eligibility

• Cascade Training: Available to department-designated Cascade content editors.
• SharePoint Training: Available to department-designated SharePoint site administrators.

Cost
Cascade and SharePoint training is offered for a recharge fee, which is determined by the specific training need.
