ITS provides professional support services for database systems, including
- DB2 LUW
- SQL Server
The team assists with designing, implementing, and maintaining standalone databases as well as high availability and disaster recovery scenarios.
We provide consultation, planning, installation, configuration, and sizing for new and existing databases. Ongoing support services include monitoring, backup/recovery, security and access management.
Experienced database administrators coordinate with customers to perform regular software maintenance, apply patches, deploy changes to production and refresh environments. They also tune production databases, support client libraries, and work with customers and vendors to solve database issues.
How to Order or Request Support
In the Service Hub, go to Request Service and then the ITS Only: Infrastructure and Engineering Requests section. Complete the Database Form. Support is available 24x7 for production systems and M - F, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 pm for non-production systems.
