Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday
The Work Management Center (WMC) is first point of contact for the Building and Administrative Service Center (BASC), and is responsible for managing and facilitating daily operational needs for UCOP employees working in UCOP buildings located in Oakland, CA.
WMC manages a range of activities, including:
- Main UCOP phone directory and assistance for all telephone calls received at (510) 987-0600 and (510) 987-0700
- Building maintenance assistance
- Management and site administration of UCOP employee systems: iRequest and Visitor Management System
- Issuance of UCOP employee ID badges ( Building Access, Badges & Keys )
- Issuance of garage access and parking coordination with the Pre-Tax Commuter Program
- Parking sign-up, enrollment and waitlist
- Keys for both office spaces and furniture
- Custodial Services
- Primary contact for all BASC teams
- Mail Services
