UCPath has a diverse staff from a variety of backgrounds. The vast majority of team members enjoy a hybrid work schedule, and some roles are fully remote. Our staff work to deliver HR, benefits and payroll services to more than 230,00 UC employees. As employees of the University of California, they are part of an innovative work environment that strives to improve the lives of UC’s staff, faculty, students and alumni.
