ITSC Workflow

The ITSC has both an intake process for new requests and a workflow for completing projects. 

Objectives

• Make decisions jointly to improve alignment and leverage
• Increase consolidation of common IT infrastructure services
• Employ delivery models driven by business strategy and the IT marketplace, while moderating organizational risk
• Support UC IT system-wide thinking
• Support both local and UC objectives
• Align campus sourcing efforts with UC Health’s Leveraging Scale for Value initiative
