OP Staff Assembly Needs Your Voice!

If you have an idea that would make a great brown bag or a team building event, the OP Staff Assembly Steering Committee would like to hear from you. Individuals who have the top four ideas for an event or brown bag will receive bragging rights and a staff assembly wine glass. And better yet, the OP Staff Assembly Steering Committee will make your idea reality!

Please submit your idea in the text box below. All ideas will be reviewed for common themes: staff engagement/communications, networking, connecting with leadership, personal/career development, education (personal, fiscal, and health), applying to college, volunteering, and other. We encourage ALL employees to participate. We would like to hear the voice of every employee.

You can submit your suggestion anonymously. However, providing your email will allow the OP Staff Assembly Steering Committee to follow up with you to elaborate on your idea, but also if you are one of the top four ideas, reward you for your suggestion! The OP Staff Assembly supports the mission of the University of California by encouraging communication between staff and senior administrators and other members of the university community on matters of interest to staff. Assembly activities provide forums where staff at all levels can discuss university issues of mutual concern, and offer opinions and recommendations to OP’s senior administrators on policies, processes, and programs. Our activities are modeled in support UCOP’s Principles of Community.
