Employee networking and interest groups have been established at UCOP to help maintain a work environment that is inviting, nurturing, and hospitable to all employees. All OP staff are invited to participate in the activities of these groups.

Take Charge: Developing a Career Strategy

A six-month UCOP program designed specifically for administrative and support staff, designed to provide participants with tools to better manage and direct their careers. Co-developed by HR Learning & Development and PACSW.

Demystifying the Promotion Process Event Recording

January 2025

In partnership with Compensation Director JJ Lerma of UCOP Human Resources, UCOP Human Resources provided UCOP employees with valuable insights into navigating the promotion process. The session covered key steps, document preparation, timelines, and clarified expectations. There was also an engaging Q&A segment where attendees asked in-depth questions that were handled with thoughtful and practical responses.

Demystifying the Promotion Process Fact Sheet

PACSW and OPSA colleagues have put together a one-page fact sheet that seeks to demystify the promotion process at UCOP.
