TIFFANY WINDMEYER is an Operations Excellence Manager for the Department of Operational Excellence. Tiffany's expertise spans instructional design, program development, and business process improvement. Through roles at ServiceNow, Oregon State University, and Clover Park Technical College, Tiffany has designed and implemented governance frameworks, conducted business audits, and led Lean Six Sigma training initiatives and projects, consistently achieving measurable results. During her tenure at ServiceNow, she led the establishment of the Process Optimization Office for the Human Resource Office, driving innovative transformations in Global People Processes by enhancing workflows, governance, and efficiency on platforms such as ServiceNow and Workday.
A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Tiffany blends technical expertise with strategic insight to deliver operational excellence. She has earned recognition as an Operational Excellence Champion and is a trusted mentor and educator, sharing her expertise as a prior adjunct faculty member in Operations Management.
