Project Description
With this project, Donavon hopes to bring awareness of how climate change impacts human health on a day-to-day basis to health care providers. Communities that are disproportionately impacted by the changes to our climate are not being equipped with the materials that can help them prepare and mitigate the effects on their health. Donavon is seeking to aid these communities by bringing ample patient educational materials to clinics that do not have access to this information.
