Project Description

Risa’s project mission is to educate students and give them the tools to implement sustainability as a mindset and way of living. We have a generally environmentally aware population, but there is still work to be done on turning that into action in the realms of carbon neutrality and climate justice. Therefore, Risa’s project looks at students at eye-level and equips them with tools for turning education into action. In short, their project aims to 1) create a taskforce to explore these options and 2) work towards implementing a platform that allows all students to be exposed to sustainability education regardless of major, financial status, and other restricting factors.
