Service Description

Enterprise Shared Services (ESS) provides Incident Management assistance for automated workflows and Level 1 support.  ESS also facilitates the setting up of a SEV-1 Zoom Bridge and Incident Management communication 24 x 7 x 365.

How to Request Support

  1. Open a ServiceNow Incident ticket and click on the Major Incident box (24hr-support)
  2. Call ESS at (510) 987-0363 (6am-10pm daily)
  3. Send ESS an email with “urgent” in the Subject, using the following link:
