About Executive Search & Recruitment

Executive Search & Recruitment is a strategic talent partner to senior executives. The main focus is to lead, manage and implement executive searches for senior level roles (Director and up to Senior Management Group Level 1). The positions that are under recruitment may be located at the Office of the President or any UC location. This group will also focus on cultivating a broad and diverse talent pool and will develop, enhance and lead executive recruitment initiatives, programs, metrics and reporting, and support systems and resources to continue building UC leadership pipelines.
