Systemwide Employee Relations supports the local Employee Relations Directors, Managers, and Specialists across the system to ensure they are informed about relevant UC initiatives, as well as facilitating networking opportunities for shared knowledge, best practice and professional development.

ER Directors, Managers, and Specialists also provide feedback to us on the local application of systemwide policies for non-represented employees.
