Our Association

• Our systemwide alumni organization is a joyful and impactful convening space for Black alumni leaders from all campuses.
• Our systemwide alumni organization supports campus-specific Black and African American alumni groups and their efforts and respects campus-specific needs and nuances.

Our Impact

• Our Black and African American alumni are proactively involved in critical areas of the UC system to positively impact campus racial climate.
• The relationship between our organization and leadership of the UC is rooted in trust, honesty reciprocity. UC leadership sees our organization as a “go-to” thought/heart partner in critical decision impacting racial climate in the system.
• If we address the problem and uphold our mission, then we are actively creating new knowledge which upholds and advances the university. We will carry and sustain our lessons learned throughout future generations.
