UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL AND HOSPITAL LIABILITY PROGRAM DEFENSE PANEL RECRUITMENT FOR SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

 

University of California Legal in partnership with the Office of Risk Services is conducting a Request For Proposals (“RFP”) to select a limited number of preferred law firms to provide defense of health system and healthcare employees in response to claims arising out of patient care for the University’s Professional Medical and Hospital Liability Program.  The purpose is to secure high–quality, cost–effective legal services from qualified law firms and attorneys who would be available for retention and assignment for individual claims and legal actions, licensing board investigations, and other matters arising out of the UC Medical Centers in Southern California.  Please see the attached RFP document for full details.
