Experience

Rita Hao joined the office in 2006 as a member of the intellectual property practice group in the Oakland office, where she handles all matters relating to patent licensing and litigation.  Ms. Hao was previously a partner at the law firm of Gonzalez & Leigh, and prior to that, an IP litigator at the San Francisco offices of Latham & Watkins and McCutchen Doyle Brown & Enersen.  Ms. Hao also clerked for U.S. District Judge Phyllis J. Hamilton in the Northern District of California.
