Experience
Nick joined the office in 2024 with a broad background in corporate transactions. He has expertise advising on complex domestic and international transactions with a focus on joint ventures, asset purchases, mergers, and equity acquisitions/disposals. He spent his career at Hogan Lovells prior to joining UC, working across offices in London, the Bay Area, and Dubai. At Hogan Lovells, he predominantly advised clients in highly regulated sectors, including TMT (tech, media, & telecom), aerospace, defense, and healthcare. Beyond traditional corporate transactions, Nick has experience advising on corporate governance matters, ranging from routine compliance to complex restructurings. Nick has dual admissions as an attorney in California and in England & Wales, and he received his undergraduate law degree from Durham University in England.
