Senior Counsel

Nancy Greenan Hamill joined UC Legal - Office of the General Counsel (UCL) as Senior Counsel for Governance and Compliance in 2009. For eight years prior to joining the UCL, she was Regional Counsel for Cushman & Wakefield, where she was responsible for all legal matters for the firm within California, Washington, Oregon, and Colorado.

Ms. Hamill was previously Vice President and Counsel at Old Republic Title Company where she served as corporate, litigation and claims counsel responsible for all legal matters in California, Nevada, Arizona, Washington, Oregon and Hawaii. Her background also includes practicing as a transactional, real estate and litigation associate at the firms Reuben, Weintraub & Cera; Paetzold, White & Brodsky; and Hagenbaugh & Murphy.

Ms. Hamill is a graduate of Southwestern University School of Law (J.D. 1992) and University of Illinois (Champaign - Urbana) (B.A. 1989).
