Mark Wilson

Principal Counsel, Business Transactions

Mark Wilson joined the Office of the General Counsel as Senior Counsel of the Business Transactions and Land Use Group in September, 2014.  Prior to joining the university, Mark was Senior Corporate Counsel for Celera Genomics Group/Celera Corp.  Before Celera, he was an Associate with Collier Shannon Scott, PLC and also with Sullivan & Cromwell.

He has extensive background in complex transactions (including joint ventures and collaborations), intellectual property licensing, corporate and securities law, finance, and commercial real estate and compliance. Mark received his undergraduate degree from Simon’s Rock College and law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law.
