Experience

Kim Robinson joined UC Legal’s Oakland office in 2021, and represents the University in a broad range of core litigation matters. Before joining UC, she spent nearly a decade in federal public service. Most recently, she served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Civil Division of the Office of the United States Attorney for the Northern District of California. Previously, she was both a trial and appellate attorney at the United States Department of Labor. Ms. Robinson began her legal career as an associate at a large, national law firm.
