Experience

Kelsey Bagheri joined the Office of the General Counsel in 2023 and advises on a variety of federal and state health care regulatory and compliance matters, including fraud and abuse, hospital operations, and Medicare and Medicaid laws and regulations.  Prior to joining the University, Ms. Bagheri was Corporate Counsel at Providence St. Joseph Health where she advised on a range of health regulatory matters.  Ms. Bagheri also previously served as an Assistant General Counsel at Rush University Medical Center and practiced health law at McDermott Will & Emery, LLP.
