Kelly L. Drumm

Deputy General Counsel, Legal Policy and Operations

Kelly Drumm joined UC Legal - Office of the General Counsel in 2006 as a member of the environmental group with special focus on matters involving the California Environmental Quality Act, the National Environmental Policy Act, endangered species statutes, and other land use issues.

Prior to joining the office, Ms. Drumm practiced environmental law at Barg Coffin Lewis & Trapp in San Francisco, and served as counsel for the California Environmental Law Project. Ms. Drumm is a graduate of Sacramento State University (B.A. 1990) and the UC College of the Law, San Francisco (J.D. 1994).
