Experience

Hoyt Sze joined UC Legal in 2017 and became Managing Counsel of the Health Affairs & Technology Law Group in 2018.  Hoyt specializes in health, privacy, technology and research matters.  Hoyt was previously the Chief Compliance Officer and Privacy Officer of Prospect Medical Holdings, a health law partner at McDermott Will & Emery LLP, a Deputy Federal Public Defender in the Central District of California and a health law associate at Latham & Watkins.
