Experience
Gaelyn Walche joined the Office of the General Counsel in 2023. She advises on a variety of federal and state health care regulatory and compliance matters, including hospital operations, reproductive rights and privacy, mental and behavioral health, legislation, and student health. Prior to joining the University, Ms. Walche externed with the Kaiser Permanente Legal Department, the California Attorney General's Office Healthcare Rights & Access Section, the California Medical Association, and the California Primary Care Association.
