Experience
Mr. Gerber joined UC Legal in April 2013 as Principal Counsel for the Health Affairs and Technology Law group at the Office of the President, specializing in health care transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and other clinical and strategic affiliations, and advising on the University’s health care regulatory issues. Prior to his role at UC Legal, he worked in private practice as a member of the health care group in Jones Day's San Francisco office.
Education
Mr. Gerber is a graduate of Pomona College (B.A. 1993) and the University of California, Berkeley (M.P.H. 1996 and J.D. 2002).
