Chris Cheleden joined the office in 2022 as a transactional and advice attorney specializing in complex land use and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) matters.  Previously, he served as a Lead Deputy in the Office of the Santa Clara County Counsel where he managed a multi-attorney team responsible for the County’s real estate, construction, and non-regulatory land-use matters.  Prior to his most recent role, his practice focused primarily on land-use and CEQA matters, both for the Santa Cruz County Counsel’s Office and in private practice in Los Angeles.
