Elements of Proposal – Using CMA Forms
Absent a requirement from a state agency that program-specific, non-CMA application forms be used, proposals to the State will include, at a minimum, a complete Scope of Work (Exhibits A through A6) and a complete budget (Exhibits B and B1, and B2 if there are subrecipients). Other elements, such as letters of support, can be included at the funding State agency’s request or as deemed necessary by the University’s PI.
Proposals should not be submitted to a state agency absent appropriate University proposal submission approvals as required by University policy.
