Real Estate Services & Strategies (RESS) maintains a systemwide database of real property owned by the Regents of the University of California (the regents) for university-related purposes. In addition, the university's systemwide Budget Office and Information Technology Services departments maintain a database of university-related buildings owned by the regents.

Real property owned by the regents for university-related purposes is property used, or held for future use, in furthering the university's mission of teaching, research and public service. This does not include endowment properties. The information contained in the property database will be updated to reflect any changes through June 30 of each year and the current UC Real Property Report will be posted no later than December 31 of the same year.

This is an ongoing project. We are continually seeking to add missing data and verify/correct existing data, which was compiled from a variety of sources. For specific questions or comments, please contact RESS's database manager, Tania Haley.
