Jenn Bejaka
IT Project Manager
Jenn Bejaka joined the IT Client Services Project Management Office in 2017 as a project coordinator and has managed her own projects since acquiring her PMP in 2019. Jenn's responsibilities range from providing support to IT project managers and teams in the management of resources, equipment and information to collecting and consolidating data for UC systemwide project status reports for presentation to the Regents.
In addition to Master's in Business Administration and Public Policy coursework at Mills College (MBA/MPP 2016)—with strong fiscal, quantitative and applied emphases, featuring policy briefings and reports/presentations to actual public, state and local clients—Jenn's internships in the nonprofit sector relied heavily on her skills in research, data collection and analysis, financial projection and budgetary analysis, and program evaluation. The skills she developed over the three years of the dual degree program, as well as during the intensive internships, built on her 10+ years managing and implementing projects in the IT sector. Coursework, internships and professional positions all required an interest in and aptitude for effective collaboration and teamwork.
