The RASC has three main areas:
Customer Care
- Conducts retirement counseling
- Educates members about UCRP
- Provides retiree health & welfare benefits support
Fulfillment Operations
- Performs retirement, survivor and special claims processing
- Manages UCRP disability claims
- Completes financial transactions
Business Controls
- Provides learning & development opportunities and employee engagement initiatives
- Maintains quality assurance programs
- Produces metrics & reporting
