Creating Accessible Document Systemwide Training Program participants can find a link to the office hours Zoom room in their orientation email, as well as in the cohort's shared Box folder.

There will be no office hours on Monday, July 10th.

Office hours schedule for May 2023 Cohort

Starting Monday, May 15th, the following office hours will be available, unless noted elsewhere on this page:

  • Every Monday, 2:00-3:00pm
  • Every Wednesday, 1:00-2:00pm
  • Every other Friday, 10:00-11:00am (i.e., Fridays on which we do not have a scheduled training session)

Exceptions to the schedule above:

Monday, May 29th: there will be no office hour this day, in observation of the Memorial Day holiday.

Monday, June 19th: there will be no office hour this day, in observation of the Juneteenth holiday.

Monday, July 3rd: there will be no office hour this day, in observation of the July 4th holiday.

Friday, July 14th: this office "hour" will be held from 10:30-11:00am.
