DESCRIPTION

2022-23 GFI student fellow

Benjamin will work to reintegrate native Californian crops into local food systems. Native peoples created an abundance of food and high levels of biodiversity through careful tending and harvesting. He will be collaborating with the Amah Mutsun Relearning program to learn respectful cultural practices and to share access to the traditional food sources we will grow.
