DESCRIPTION

2021-22 GFI student fellow

Lizbeth will assist in diversifying funding for the Food Distributions at UC Merced. She will serve as a liaison to strengthen relationship with other on-campus departments such as Bobcat Eats Food Waste Awareness and Prevention Programs, Campus Garden, Dinning among others. Lizbeth will also assist in development of templates to collect metrics around donations and assist in Story Telling for the Food Distributions at UC Merced to strengthen our donation intake.
