DESCRIPTION
Sabrina will create and implement educational programming and conduct engaged research on food waste at UC Irvine. They will be a team member of the sustainability programs of both Student Housing and Hospitality & Dining Services. They will engage on-campus residents’ educational programs on composting, gardening, and/or culinary skills for sustainability.
