DESCRIPTION

Jasmine hopes to further examine whether food insecure individuals are more likely to value high-calorie foods after experiencing a stressor. According to previous research, food insecurity has a relationship with high-calorie food consumption (Robiana, 2013). Jasmine hypothesizes that food insecurity status will lead individuals to self-report high ratings of food palatability, especially towards high-calorie foods.
