DESCRIPTION
Joann will launch and implement the Zot Bites program, a text-based notification system that invites students to be an after-event guest when a catered event is over and food is available. The fellow will coordinate program outreach, marketing, and enrollment efforts while developing and maintaining relationships with campus partners and event planners. The fellow will implement operational guides with the Environmental Health and Safety and Risk Management stakeholders and research other food recovery efforts in college campuses. The fellow will build partnerships and will work through the collaborative decision making process of the University. While serving a coordinating role, this student will be based at the FRESH Basic Needs Hub in Student Life & Leadership.
