TM1 Capital Projects Database

The Capital Projects system tracks the University of California capital projects from initial approval to completion.  The Office of the President, Campus and Medical Center Budget & Capital Planners and design and construction personnel use the database for reporting capital projects data.

Used by UCOP, Campuses and Medical Centers, the TM1 Capital Project Database:

• Provides a shared, automated, and centralized repository of information that is available to stakeholders at all locations.
• Facilitates tracking of projects systemwide to timely program level information.
• Reports on the Capital Program.
• This data informs such reports as the State Quarterly Report, the Major Cap Report, the Capital Financial Plan, and the Accountability Report, along with many others.
